The hotel is situated perfectly with proximity to the harbor.

During breakfast, there was a significant lack of coffee around 09:00, and the staff could not make more, which was frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, with only one type of tea available, and I found it disappointing that cocoa was charged extra despite it being included in the room with breakfast. Also, parking was a major issue. the staff failed to suggest non-street parking options, resulting in a parking ticket that could have been avoided.

The sea view from my room was downright lovely, like a postcard! I felt cozy as a bug in a rug with that warm cover, and the bed was like a cloud. Can't beat that view, though!

The spacious triple room featured stunning sea views and a cozy atmosphere, making it a lovely place to unwind. However, the hotel shows signs of age, needing some refurbishment, and the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection was a bit frustrating. Breakfast included delightful Belgian waffles, which were a highlight during my stay. The location was excellent, just steps from the seaside promenade, but the room lacked air conditioning, making it quite warm during daytime hours.

I loved the unbeatable view of the coastline and promenade from my room! The rooftop restaurant was perfect for drinks with a lovely atmosphere, but parking was a hassle nearby. I’d definitely return!

amazing views

i had a spacious and beautiful triple room at kipseli with a cozy bed and great wifi. the view from my balcony was amazing, right over the harbor. plus, the roof garden restaurant was a highlight, making my stay even better.

stunning view

good value

convenient location

stayed at kipseli for 2 nights. the view from the double room was stunning, overlooking the coastline. breakfast was very good, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to the port parking. the shopping area and restaurants nearby made it super convenient!

the bathroom was a bit small.

i had a great stay at kipseli while biking through volos. the breathtaking view of the whole coastline from my room was simply unbeatable! plus, the breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and cafes.

bathroom shower design needs improvement.
